Actona Group continues consolidation and integration across Europe

In the 2025/26 financial year, Actona Group recorded revenue of DKK 2.3 billion. The result reflects a market that remains challenging as well as significant investments in consolidation, integration, and process optimisation across the Group.

Actona Group reached significant milestones in its multi-year transformation and integration programme, which is intended to create a more integrated, scalable, and robust business. The transformation resulted in one-off costs of DKK 102 million in 2025/26. EBITDA amounted to DKK -13 million compared with DKK 29 million in 2024/25. After depreciation, amortisation, and impairment, including an ordinary goodwill impairment of DKK 44 million, EBIT amounted to DKK -97 million compared with DKK -56 million in 2024/25.

“In 2025/26, we invested significantly in Actona Group’s future and implemented extensive changes intended to strengthen our efficiency, resilience, and competitiveness,” says Jimmi Mortensen, President & CEO.

A stronger operational foundation

As part of the transformation, Actona Group has consolidated its operations in Lithuania and implemented improvements across areas including sourcing, production, planning, and commercial processes.

The initiatives are intended to increase efficiency and create a more integrated and scalable operational structure across the Group.

“The extensive changes of recent years have required significant investments and have also created a stronger operational foundation for the continued development of the business,” says Jimmi Mortensen.

From transformation to execution

Actona Group continues to expect challenging market conditions in 2026/27. Going forward, the focus will be on turning the implemented transformation initiatives into improved operational performance and profitability, while ensuring continued progress in the development of the business.

“We are now entering the next phase, where the focus is on execution and on turning the changes implemented and investments made into better performance. This is intended to strengthen our competitiveness and create long-term value for our customers, employees, and owners,” concludes Jimmi Mortensen.
