In the financial year 2024/25 (FY25) Lars Larsen Group again secured a record revenue and its second-highest operating profit in the company’s history
The revenue for the Group grew 10.4% to DKK 53,1 billion compared to DKK 48,1 billion in the financial year 2023/24 (FY24).
Operating profit reached DKK 5,823 million compared to DKK 5,404 million in FY24, an increase of 7.8%.
Lars Larsen Group consists of the business areas JYSK and Investments and the primary driver of this year’s performance was JYSK, which delivered its strongest results ever with a revenue of DKK 46,3 billion and an EBIT of DKK 5,6 billion.
“The world around us continues to be unpredictable and volatile and long-term business planning is challenged. Despite this, our outlook remains positive, and we are able to adapt quickly to changes while also focusing on our long-term ambition of delivering growth and value to the societies in which we are present, says President and CEO of Lars Larsen Group, Jesper Lund.
Profit before tax amounted to DKK 4,020 million, compared to DKK 4,535 million in FY24. The decline was primarily attributable to goodwill amortisation in FY25 totalling DKK 1,466 million, of which DKK 1,148 million is non-recurring impairment losses and mainly related to goodwill from previous acquisitions of SOFACOMPANY and FP Kapital (Formuepleje).
Lars Larsen Groups Global Tax Footprint, which reflects the company’s total tax contribution increased to DKK 11,424 million in FY25 compared to DKK 11,063 million in FY24.
Impactful investments
Strategic partnerships are important for Lars Larsen Group and in the spring of 2025 Lars Larsen Group invested in the strategic partnership with the pension fund for workers in the social, health, and education sectors, PKA, on private equity investments through IIP Denmark where Lars Larsen Group has committed to investing DKK 7.5 billion by 2032.

”At Lars Larsen Group, we are proud to contribute to the establishment of Hele Danmarks Klubhus. Football has the power to create both great experiences and rewarding communities, thereby helping to support mental health among children and young people in Denmark and with its important focus on the conditions for volunteers,” says Jesper Lund.
