Country by Country Report FY24/25
EU directive 2021/2102 EU sets out the requirements for publication of country-by-country reports for financial years starting after 1 June 2024. Lars Larsen Group will submit the country-by-country report for financial year 2024/25 to the Danish Business Authority (Erhvervsstyrelsen) before 31 August 2026. When the country-by-country report is available on the Danish Business Authority webpage, you can find it here.
In addition to the information required by the EU directive we have chosen to link the information in the country-by-country report to our Global Tax Footprint. Our own country by country report below shows some of the financial data for the countries in which we operate and enables us to see the correlation between business activities and the tax footprint in a country.
- The first five columns are from the country-by-country report according to EU directive 2021/2102 EU (the published country by country report)
- The last three columns are from our Global Tax Footprint and are similar to the information provided here
- The split of countries into four categories (EU countries, Blacklist countries, Greylist countries and other countries) is similar to the categories in the published country-by-country report.
